Don't give a attitude

I purchased a KIC chest freezer on special in mid January and paid R240.00 extra to have it delivered. After it arrived and I had unpacked it I discovered that it was missing the key for the lock that was supposed to have been taped to the inside so I phoned customer service to complain and they told me to call the store where I bought it. I called the Cresta branch and they told me that they would get me one. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I went to the store and was told that they would get me one however after waiting another two weeks and hearing nothing I went back to the store where they put my name and details in a book and told me that when they get a display model in they will call me and give me the key from it. More than three weeks have gone by and I have heard nothing. Why must I beg for a part of the freezer that was supposed to have been included with it. I would like to return the freezer and either get it fixed (with a key) or replaced with one that has a key.
