Bad service from Outsurance

I want to express my disappointment in outsurance.

I have put in a claim on my freezer that broke on the 09/12/2012. I lost all my content in the freezer as well as my freezer.

I phoned a repairing company to have a look (Flip van der merwe electrical, Malmesbury). They told me that it needed gas and I re-gassed it at R420. The freezer still did not work.

Where after I phoned outsurance to put in a claim. They told me that they needed to send someone to access the damage before anything can happen. Now it took that person almost two weeks to get to my house. Upon his arrival he just ask me what was wrong and wrote down the make and model. HE DID NOT EVEN SWITCH ON THE FREEZER TO CHECK HIMSELF.

Now yesterday I received a call telling me that his report state that it is a manufacturing fault and outsurance can't except my claim.

Which mean that after 5 years my freezer that was working has a manufacturing fault. That means that all box freezers that are built around the world have manufacturing faults on them.
I have receive report yesterday and no where does it state that its a manufacturing fault it only say its a gas leak. Not even my food will be paid
