I bought a new Chest Freezer two weeks before Christmas and within a week notified the company I bought it from (Blomeyers PMB) that the freezer is forming excessive ice inside up to the inside top of the lid. They sent someone out from KIC and they had a look at it and did a quick fix. Within a week it was doing the same thing again. Today I phoned Blomeyers and told them I did not want this freezer as it was never going to be repaired to our satisfaction and that I wanted it replaced.
Blomeyers phoned me back this morning to say that the Freezer will be replaced with a new unit. Let us hold thumbs that the new unit is not faulty either. :)
