I have a complaint against this service provider, I contacted Orbert to come and fix my double door freezer after I saw his advert in the rekord newspaper, After 2 attempts to fix the freezer he suggested that I buy a new compressor for the freezer, on which I gave the go ahead, still it did not work then he suggested that I buy a second hand chest freezer from him which he fixed to the amount of R 1400.00. I paid him and 2 days later the freezer also stopped working he tried to fix that also but with no luck I then bought a new freezer. He took the second hand freezer back with the new compressor, we are in March now but still he did not refund me after I told him he can only give me back half of the money and this is since last year November, Everytime I phone him he is full of excuses. I do hope that Hello Peter can assist me with my dilemma, because I do not want to go to a laywer or to open a case with the SAPS
