I purchased a KIC chest freezer at Game store kimberley in November 2012 after 2 weeks the ice started melting and within 2days it did not make cold, i called Game and explained to them what happened they send a technician to fetch it after a week the tech brought it back it was working fine for about 3 weeks, i went on holiday came back to find the fridge has stopped working again and i lost R1000 meat in the process, called Game again they send out a tech once more after that, all was well till last week the freezer stopped working once again... now this is 3 times in 3 months and the technicians just keeps telling me about the gas that empty or leaking and it was repaired... i logged for the tech last week and still no one has showed up!!! and on top of that when i called the call centre the lady i spoke to was so rude and did not even listen to anything i said.now i see how many complaints you guys have on your name i suggest you really look into it because by the way its looking i will never purchase a whirlpool product ever again.
