My Fiance booked in our freezer at Bergen's for a quote to find out what was wrong with our freezer on 06/12/2012. They tested everything and sent us the quote of R768.50. We paid that amount via EFT on 11/12/2012. We received our freezer and on the invoice it stated that everything that was fixed and the following "Tested: All in order". On 21/12/2012 they had to come and collect it again, because of not freezing anymore. We had to phone them constantly about the situation, they said they had it ON and RUNNING for 2 weeks and it is definitely working now. After that we had to phone & ask when the it will be delivered, then they said that it can't be fixed, of an internal leakage. They brought it back on 29/01/2012 and now there's scratch marks on both sides of the freezer 'swell??? When did this happen? It was mostly at there workshop, not at home and it stood in the corner were the delivery guys left it! My Fiance sent the freezer back with the delivery guys, because now they can't fix it or give our money back? We asked them to get back to us with an answer. It's 12/03/2013 now? We're still waiting!
