Im very disappointed by the service received from the sales manager with regards to the refrigerator damaged withing 6 month of sale. I told that the Samsung repairs are not available until next year due to holiday season. Refrigerators are an essential need and how can a company as Samsung close the repair. I further asked him what will happen to all the food that is about to get rotten, he replied that its not his problem.
I need Samsung/Makro to come resolve this issue and the later time they take, who will replace the food rotten.
