My fiance bought a bed towards the end of last year August/September with Bears Richards Bay. The base of the bed broke this has affected the matress as well, we informed bears of this about 3.5 months ago and were told " no problem" the bed is under warrantee we will get a new bed with base. 3 months later STILL NO BED!! We are newly engaged, I am currently having to sleep on the couch as the "NEW" bed bought from bears is not sufficient, we may as well sleep on the floor. I am rather disgusted and appauled at the empty promises and horrid service delivered by Bears. We paid off the bed as soon as possible we also paid for scotch gaurd which never happened either. Now they are saying the bed we gave back to them is not the bed we paid for!!! So it gets worse (we are now called liars as well) What an absolute load of noncense!!! NOT IMPRESSED!!!
