My wife purchased a lounge sweet from Bears in Primrose last year end of March.
The sweet is fitted with metal (not good quality) legs. In November she complaint to Bears about the problem.
We were informed that they cannot have it replaced but will have the sweet fixed. My wife agreed.
On several occasions we had to phone Bears to come and collect the piece. This was only done
on the 13th of March this year by Elleriene Firnishers. When the driver came for it we found no LOAN sweet and was informed that it will take 3 weeks to repair. I myself started enquiring about the matter on the 15th of this month. I spoke to the credit manager who told me that she must speak to the area manager regarding the problem. I was also informed by her that they cant give me a new sweet or deliver the goods. Till today she has not phoned me back. I feel that we have been patient with the store's process but leaving my family to sit on nothing witch we paid cash is not on.
