After getting retrenched she went to Bears in Rustenburg to tell them she is retrenched and they advised that the insurance covers her. And they told her that the insurance will cover her for a period of 6 months, and after that she should bring her bank statement to Bears again to check if she is working. It has not even been 3 months and you guys decided to debit her of her last money after you advised her that insurance will cover her.
