Difficulty in obtaining a refund account overpaid

I'm extremely disappointed with the service received from Edgars with regards to receiving a refund on my account which was overpaid.

It started when I requested the settlement balance on the account which I was duly given and promptly paid, it turns out the figure given was wrong and I ended up over paying. After several visits to the Carnival Mall branch and hours wasted I'm no further in getting this matter resolved. To clarify this complaint is not against the branch, they've really tried but it seems staff in the accounts / remittances department are completely incompetent as a store manager can't even get hold of them.

I eventually managed to contact someone in customer service who again referred me to the branch???

My only regret is that I didn't give Edgars this sort of runaround when when it came to paying my account.

Really, really shocking service!!!
