I'd used Twisted Whiskers before and due to over payment my account was standing in credit. I'd organised an appointment for my dog and expected that they'd pick the dog up like the previous time. I was called an hour after the scheduled time only to be informed that the money in my account had been taken due to a no show. I tried explaining to the lady that we'd expected the dog to be picked up like they did the last time. However, she did not want to hear anything and was extremely rude on the phone. It seems as though this establishment will wait for any opportunity to take money from an account without even giving the customer the benefit of the doubt. I feel robbed especially since all it required from the people there was a simple phone call to notify me that they were expecting me and that the dog wasn't going to be picked up..
