Ordered a Gobi (24hr delivery product) on the 18th, order number 1001198231, have not had the delivery yet despite being at home each day faithfully waiting for the parcel - RTT (I don't know why they gave up using fedex) report no one at home which is absolute nonsense. Phoned Kalahari several times and they promised it would be delivered, well guess what -still nothing. Whats happened to you Kalahari??? Why the decline in customer care? Rather use FedEx at least they fulfill your promises, RTT appear to be useless and that's passing on a terrible name to you as retailers - this is my second issue with yourselves and RTT in a matter of 2 weeks
