I'm highly upset & disappointed with the new PS4 I bought for my daughter for a Xmas present.
Currently we can't do anything with it. Can't watch DVD's etc as the software is outdated!
I do have the Internet but my USB modem can't fit in the PS4 to download new software!!
I need urgent assistance in the matter!! Not only do I now have to deal with a very disappointed child, but also the PS4 doesn't come cheap.
