Bought a dishwasher from this store and told the salesperson that. I have to go home for my dad to come and collect the item as I don't have a trailer hitch I live 50km from this store one way. Arranged to collect the item at the warehouse all fine and arranged. Arrived at warehouse at 14:50 all locked up outside the Filthy dirty warehouse. No one in sight. Phoned the store and get told no come to the mall to collect the dishwasher. Arrived at the mall with my dad to look for parking and a employee from the store stopped us (heavens how he knew we where collecting an item from this store) told my dad to turn around and follow him. In the process he vanished and we sat in the blazing hot sun 30 degrees and waiting and waiting. This is when I lost my patience and walked to this useless store after calling them and they tried to put me through to the manager whom did not answer his phone. Got to the store and by this time I was livid. The useless manager Trevor was no where to be found as your useless staff cannot do a refund without the missing in action useless manager. He is a useless manager and should be fired as insisted on a refund after he did his own shopping at Checkers
