Clicks
No exchange

I went to the Clicks store on the 27Th Of November 2013 to purchase a gift card for a friend, When purchasing the card I was told that it can be spent at any Clicks store or Mucica??? upon the use of the gift card, The friend of mine was told that the card can not be used at the store (The one I purchased it from) And can only be purchased or exchanged from "The Body Shop" for cash

Calling the call Centre for assistance and clarity, I was made aware that the card Purchased can only be spent at "The Body Shop" and no refund can be done, Not even For a normal Clicks voucher witch is what I initially was looking to purchase in the first place, The assistance given was terrible. The Call Centre lady by the name Of Merriam had no interest in my complaint and persisted that No refund can be done.

I am now stuck with a R 200.00 voucher for witch I have no use.

I will in future never deal with anything regarding to Clicks or The Body Shop! and will be cancelling my Clicks card as well
