I bought a PS4 from Kalahari just to find that the controller I received with the console was defective. The on-board speaker is not functioning. I contacted kalahari via Facebook to find out how I can get the problem resolved. I received an email advising they will sort out the problem. I got home from work logged into the Kalahari website to browse through some of the items they are selling just to find they have given me vouchers. This made me very happy as I had some issues with previous orders I had with them. This kind gesture makes up for all the previous orders I had problems with. Thanks Kalahari for going the extra mile. Have a wonderful Christmas.
