Fed up with same response

This is now the 5th time in the last 2 months where I have gone thru the drivethru at the KFC only to be told that their icrecream machine is broken.
At the date and time stipulated below I went thru the drivethru at KFC to order icecream. There was no sign anywhere indicating that the machine was broken. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I got to the boom to order, only to be told that the maching was broken. i then asked to see the manager, Mr Davids, but he never came. I continued to wait in my car as I could not go anywhere, there were 3 other cars in front of me. In total I waited 21 minutes in the drivethru and left with nothing. And no Mr Daniels.
I think this is disgusting. I have complained many times before to KFC management, but nothing ever seems to be done about it. All they ever do is call to apologise and say they will work on the problem. Well I say they should stop selling icecream if they cannot deliver.
