Dissatisfied customer - KFC Taste is gone

I bought KFC for myself and my grand children, a Family feast 6 piece and 3 sides with 3 icecream cones total R128.10.
the icecream on the cones were so soft that we had to eat them quickly because it was messing. Then the chicken was terrible, there was no KFC taste, it was dry and the pieces were small. The coldslaw was so dry, we had to add mayonaise when we got home.
I wanted to treat my grand children but all I did was waste R128.10.

If there is one thing I have always enjoyed and thats the famous distinct taste of KFC, this i didnt get from the KFC Banbury Crossing, Northriding, JHB.
