I ordered items on the 9th of December as a CHRISTMAS present, phoning heir helpline multiple times, wasting my money just to get NO RESULTS. After phoning them on day 10 (latest date for exluding weekends and public holidays) they decide to tell me that they cannot send me the one item as it is out of stock.
This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
They also have utterly incompetent staff working at the help centre.
To avoid any dissapointment, never use them.
I can promise you that not me, my family nor my friends will EVER make use of CNA again!
