I ordered a Ladies Tamato watch on the 2nd of December 2013, as a present for my wife for Christmas - and I have still not received the watch!! I have sent numerous e-mails to try and find out what's going on, and all they say the whole time is that they don't have stock as the supplier closed for the holidays and will deliver after the 6th of January 2014. It is now the 15th of January 2014, a month and a half after I initially placed the order and still nothing!!! Accept the fact that it was embarrassing to not give my wife a Christmas present, and having to try and explain it, was bad enough. I want this watch now, else I want my money back and will never purchase anything, EVER from Groupon again, and I'll make sure no one else I know ever does too. I am one very P@#$%^&* client. I don't want excuses, just results!!!
