Ordered item and paid the 24th November, on website item said in stock and on order said it will be shipped immediately. No answer to phone calls or my emails. On their facebook page on the 4th December 2013 they replied that item was not in stock and I shall receive it that Friday it shall leave the warehouse till then no feed back or refund. They just closed their warehouse for holidays the 20th December and never got back to me when I shall receive it, a apology or offer of a refund. I clearly stated it was a Christmas present and placed it 4 weeks before Christmas and made sure it said in stock on their online website. Very bad communication, feedback and really not happy.
