I won a R500 voucher on 5fm show. I had 3 months in which to redeem it and it expired in November 2013.
In the last few days of Novemeber Stylemology was working on their website and I was unable to purchase any items with my voucher.
I posted on their facebook wall and received no response. I had emailed them and their reply to my email was that they had the right to pull any voucher. Their response was not honourable as it was their fault that I was unable to use it. Not mine.
If the voucher says it was valid until the end of November, they should honour it.
