Slow response on voucher not received

I purchased a voucher through making an EFT, the amount was immediately deducted from my acount. I never received my voucher and when I contacted them on the third day they told me that the Eft pAyments can take up to 5 days to settle. I did not recieved the voucher even after 5 days. I contacted them after 7 days and then they told me to email the proof of payment and then they will look into it. I again did not get a response after that. Two days went by without any response and I called them again. They then politely told me that on their system it shows the voucher I purchased already expired when I made the payment. Why could they have not told me this when I enquired about this earlier. They also could not tell me why this happend even after there was 1 hour left to purchase this voucher. I am very disappointed and therefore will not purchase anything from groupon and rather cityslickers.
