Can't buy with groupon voucher, e-mails not returne

I bought a Groupon voucher worth R300, after registering with 36 boutiquesI tried to redeem my voucher in vain, as the website declined my voucher constantly. I have sent numerous e-mails to them with no response. Now the Groupon voucher has expired and I have lost my money. What do I do now, to get my money back.
