On asking why the sales person would serve someone behind me first, I was told that their goods had been laying at the till, although they were not in the queue when I arrived. At this I said to her that she need not reply in such a malicious way as I did not know this, her final reply, after having much more to say was 'EXACTLY! ' when I tried to further explain that I was unaware of the fact that they had their goods at the till prior to me arriving. This in it's self is unacceptable as I cannot put goods at the till and expect to bypass the queue because I had more shopping to do. At this point I decided not to purchase anything there - and probably will never put my foot in that branch again, and requested to speak to the floor manager - who was not there.
If my memory serves me, her name was Paulina, I really recommend that this particular branch be scrutinized as they share space with a Total Sports (for which this sales person works) and the pay points are confusing, one till for Total Sports and one for Duesouth, not very clearly marked.
This sales person is chasing Duesouth customers away with her attitude.
