FAULTY GIFT CARDS

A friend and I bought each other gift cards at clicks in Rose bank on the 20th of Dec 2013. On the 21st I tried to purchase with my gift card at click in Kerk street Johannesburg but the magnetic strip was faulty. The manager could not phone the card division as their phones was not working. said I must come back. On the 22nd I went to clicks in South gate stood there for almost 2 hours and still no help from them either the manager Letsego had an attitude. I was forced to buy the item I wanted with cash, as the promotion was finishing. They then refused to give our monies back. Please don't ever buy gift cards from click all they could say was we are sorry what about the inconvenience they caused you no compensation for the money spent traveling up and down its all about money to them no customer service. I will never buy there again
