We placed an order with Pick and Pay - Crescent for 65 boxes of 1kg choice assorted, on condition that they delivered last week Friday. When my staff member phoned to check up on the delivery - they confirmed that someone had been injured on duty and they needed the vehicle to take them to the doctor. My staff member went up and paid for the order on the Friday Evening (bear in mind that the size of this order can not be transported by a small vehicle) they promised to make the delivery to us on Monday - now today they advise that it cannot be delivered at all. This kind of service is totally unacceptable.
Dont take my R3900.00 and then break promises - this is completely unacceptable.
