On 2 November 2013, I was at the Kolonade to pay my Edgars Account.
I made a cash payment of R 400.00 towards my account. The payment went through and I was given a slip as proof.
When I received the December Statement the payment made on 2/11/2013 was not shown on my account.
I phoned customer care and no one helped me, I was given fake phone numbers to call.
Eventually a lady helped me with an e-mail address and said I need to e-mail my documents in order to have the money reflect on my account.
So far nothing has been done. I have received no feedback and no call centre agents will help me.
This is, I want my money in the account!!!
