I bought a box of 750grams rice krispies on 20/12/2013. the next morning when i opened the box there was only a small bag in the box it was about 400grams. i tried since then to call the callcentre as there is no email online. they where closed. today 23/12/2013 i called again and got through to a joyice. from the getgo she was rude also telling me i must go buy a scale and weigh the pack and tell her how much it is or she can not help me becasue i can not just assume that the pack is less than 750grams. you can clearly see with your eyes the pack is not right. i paid over R50 for the box and got nothing for it. this is . if my box is like this how many others are. and how can you tell a customer to go and buy a scale if the mistake is on your side in the first place.
