Bad Service and false statements

I called in on Wednesday 18/12/2013 quering about a bunk bed and asking if Delivery may be made same day? Florence said i needed to come in and pay before the shop had cloesed by 17:00 PM Friday i went to the store and paid for a bed and 2 matresses, firstly the quote given over the phone was not what i had actually paid as i was for the Bunk Bed and Double Matress and Single Matress Delivery would cost no more than R3500.00 after arranging with the manger Tshepo i was told a special Delivery would be made the Saturday 21/12/2013 as no stock was available in the shop and that the stock was going to be collected by the driver on saturday. Approximatly 15:00 PM on Satuday 21/12/2013 i called and spoken to Florence and said the manager would get back to me, after approximatly 30 min later i was called and told by Florence the manager was not available, they then told me the delivery would be made on Sunday 22/12/2013 after calling in 3 different times after being told the credit manager would contact me back of which he did not, the last time i spoken to him at 13:00 PM stating the driver has gone to the warehouse to collect the stock, still not recieved? I will not pay for delivery
