I bought an item of jewelry from Cotton On in Cresta and was highly disappointed with the service I received. The shop assistant made a mistake by scanning both items (I brought two items to the till as one did not have a price on) and then I had to fill out a form to get a refund. It was not my mistake and I had told the assistant that I was only buying one item, she just did not listen.
Having to provide all my personal details for a refund because the assistant just does not care is totally unnecessary and an inconvenience to customers.
I have noticed that this is a trend at the Cotton On store in Cresta where the shop assistants are too busy chatting to each other to help, they are hung-over and make ridiculous mistakes at the till or they just don't care.
