A few months ago I purchased 2 jackets from Cotton On Canal Walk. I recently noticed that one of the jackets started tearing at the seam. I exchanged the jacket for another. Now I realise the 2nd jacket, as well as the exchanged jacket are tearing.
This is highly frustrating, as I do enjoy shopping at Canal Walk, but now I'm doubting their quality, or whether I'd shop there again.
