I have purchased several items in the store but only one sales assistant (P) assisted us with 4 of the items our last item was in a different department, When we got to the cashier she ignored the first sales assistant (P) name on the price tag and only took the sales assistant (N) which had only one item name on it.. Confrontation with the cashier - I asked that the sale must be rectified - the cashier did rectify it but 2 days later I was in the store again to change a item for a bigger size and guess what - The sale was changed back to the assistant (N) that did not helped us. This lead me to this conclusion - She is in a position to manipulate the sales in favor of her most liked sales assistants of the same nationality. This totally unacceptable. I have spoken to the sales assistant (P) today and she has officially resigned with the comment: I cannot work under these conditions.
