I want to purchase a Samsung Star cell phone, as it is on a special of R699.00 but the Bothasig store has only 1 left. I then phoned the N1 City branch, only to be told that they had none in stock, as they were waiting for Vodacom to send them more. I then phoned Bothsig back, but she could not "lay by" this 1 remaining phone, as I had to come in to do so. As I work nights, this is not possible until tomorrow, when I would buy the phone anyway! She could not provide any assurances that it would be available tomorrow.
