The worst service eve

I took my Xbox into the store on the 28th of December as it was faulty. It was still covered under the warranty. I was told that I would receive a phone call when someone has a look at the xbox. Well 3 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything. I went into the store again on the 26th of January just to be told that they didn't know what was going on with my Xbox. I was told that I would be phoned on Monday morning. This never happened. I had to phone them on Tuesday. I was told that they would phone back later as the mnager only got in at 10am. This never happened. When I phoned them back I was told a new unit was there and it would be sent to me on Thursday. This afternoon I phoned them because nobody phoned me this morning when they said they would. They told me that they had none in stock and would send it tomorrow. Its been over a month. This has cost me lots of money in airtime and petrol. I have sent e-mails to your contact us function on your website and nobody got back to me. If I can't get my xboxx tomorrow I want my money back. This is the last thing I will ever buy from hifi corp. Nathanial is the only helpful person I dealt with. Cheryl is totally incompetant!!!
