What an unfortunate and unprofessional experience having to deal with ANGELINA from Perfect 10 in Woodlands Mall, Pta! Not only is she rude, obnoxious and unprofessional, she through her teeth!!! Upon booking a treatment and SPECIFICALLY requesting advice on the most applicable option, ANGELINA confirmed which would be conducted and eagerly took prepayment of the full amount. However, having to fulfill the mani and pedicure treatment the next day, only half the consultation realised?!!! The booking was made for my Mother - a Senior Citizen - and her experience at his Beauty Parlour turned out to be a nightmare. When I phoned to discuss this, ANGELINA slammed the phone in my ear - TWICE! Furthermore, this individual refused to disclose her surname OR designation?!! I find this kind of unprofessional behaviour suspect, UNACCEPTABLE and will never support this Business again. At this stage Perfect 10 and ANGELINA still holds a credit due to me as they obviously over charged as a result of the and poor information provided by the responsible person - ANGELINA (without a surname...) Stay clear of this deceitful and unprofessional bunch of!
