Well, I write another report - for the exact same reason. There is absolutely NO reception from Cell C in our area, we have phoned (on a vodacom phone) and told to "please hold", we have emailed, we have reported them on Hello Peter - we have filled in all the necessary documentation more than once - we get phoned, only to be asked the same stupid question and then get told they will phone back tomorrow - I just don't know when their tomorrow is - the 3rd consultant who phones, makes plenty of promises, I tell him he is lying because Cell C does not have the ability to fix a problem which is evident from the fact that this problem wnet from bad, to worse, to non existent in 4 months with only empty promises of "we will phone you back tomorrow" while we wait in suspense to see what their version of tomorrow is... so anyone out there thinking of going to these people for business - be very carefull... if there are any legal minds out there...
