Hope you well. My name is Godfrey Mangazi, I bought a bed in one of your branches in the Empangeni/Richards Bay Area. Now, my complaint is, I know I'm behind with my account I am willing to settle it this weekend. The problem is, I was treated like dirt. The way she talked to me was like she is Morkels HimHerself. I know customer service, I also deal with customers telephonically and also physically, but the way she approached me was un-called for. She was unprofessional and also rude toward me. As I said, I'm behind with my account and I'm willing to settle it this coming weekend, but the of her approach towards me, was uncalled for.
I'm looking forward to be your customer in the near future. But with such employees, your company name will go down the drain.
