On the 17h of december I placed my dell laptop in for repairs at the incredible eastgate branch. We were initially told that the repair would take 2-4 weeks as it fell over the christmas season. Towards the end of january we went back to collect the laptop- said they didnt know how long it would take to be repaid. They issued a BROKEN loan laptop.
A while later they said they supplied the wrong part. They said the laptop woild be ready for collection early march but when we returned AGAIN for collection late march the laptop we still not ready. This has caused alot of stress and time wasted on my behalf and the way we were treated by dave was highly unproffessional- always passing on the buck and laughing in my face when I queried why it has taken nearly 4 months to repair. Unless this is resolved very quickly I will never use incredible connection again.
