Bought shoes from Rage and when i returned them because the size was small and they did not have a bigger size i requested for a refund. I was told that they do not give refunds and that is their policy. POLICY WHERE DO THEY HAVE THAT POLICY WRITTEN DOWN? They don't have it on their slips or anywhere so you buy from them and you are doomed. I called their head office and spoke to a very rude and arrogant Vanessa Goddess who told me in not so many words that i can go to h... but they will not refund me in cash and apparently their terms and conditions are on the counter and i asked am i now expected as a customer to look around the whole shop to see if any of their terms and conditions are on the walls and she said yes with such an attitude. I feel that this is a violation of my CPA rights. Rage service us appalling, disappointing i can go on and on and on.
