It was my crown birthday on the 29th of December. When asked, what I wanted, I mentioned that I wanted a pair of wedges from Rage. Rages shoes were the 1st thing that came to mind. The guy goes into the Gateway store and bbms pictures of which style I wanted. I never wore the shoe immediately, a week or two later, the shoe snaps in public view. The 1st thing that came to mind was get to a shoemaker. My friend advised me rather to get a replacement shoe and take it back to Rage. I called Rage Gateway, I asked if I could and they told me that I can take to the nearest one to me in Davenport, which is a walk away from my house. I get there and I'm told by sales lady that I can exchange it. Manager comes in looking all gorgeous for herself, telling me that she will sms me back in the week, because i didn't have the receipt, telling me she will change the shoes. I mean it was a gift. She never smsd me back. I got the receipt airmailed to me and went back and asked for a refund. One thing that she forgot, is that she said she would sms me because they not allowed to use their landline on mobile #s but she called the manager of gateway shop on her cell. i'm a customer not a fool. mxxxxxm
