I was notified that I was blacklisted by due south. I then went to check as I dont use my due south account now for a few years. The amount was R144. I then called the accounts department and they said yes its for a magazine they send me every month, I then told them but I never told them I want it and I dont even receive the magazine. I also asked the lady on the phone when last I bought anything on my due south account and she said 2011. I then asked so how can they blacklist me if I didnt buy anything on credit??? Isnt that was blacklisting is for?? Actually buying on credit??? they then reassured me it will be removed and they account rectified to zero. Even received an email from a manager to apologise and told me they will see to it.
Few months passed now and they still charging me for the magazine and no blacklisting removed.
