On the 24th November 2012 we bought Capello couches, and they delivered the Elegant couches on the 1st December 2012, i called the branch on Monday the 3rd December 2012. Jabu promised that they will deliver the correct couches in the week. No delivery was made. i called him again before Christmas and he said the couches will only be delivered first week of January 2013 and we must use the one they delivered. i called again on the 14th January 2013 and he promised to get back to me as he will communicate with the manager, ever since then i have not been contacted at all. today is the 28th January 2013 i called and they said he was busy on the other phone and i was put on hold for 15 minutes until i hang up.
