My parents bought furniture from this company first week of February and they paid cash the delivery came in bits and pieces till today it is not complete and the most annoying thing is that they have a very poor customer service i have to call them at least twice a week to inquire they never update their customers even the sales rep (Johnson) you can just hear that the explanation they are giving they are making it up as they speak he will promise to call you back but he never does the last lame excuse was that the couches were damaged tell me who's problem is that do u run a reject warehouse? This is totally unacceptable what is the hold up? are they still killing the cows to manufacturing the leather??? If i don't get those couches by Friday i want a full refund and you must come and get those bits and pieces that have been sent how in the world do you run business?? This was our first and our last purchase from this store
