Breach of promise when it comes to delivery of the couches. Couches had to be scotchgarded before delivery. Couches were delivered without being scotch guarded. I ended up going into the store to enquire about my couches being delivered as it was now more than seven days since i bought the couches. The first promise made to me was that my couches will be dilivered within three days. The manager Malcom started making excuses about their truck being impounded by police and therefore my couches will not be delivered. I then offered to fetch my couches personally at their warehouse and i was told that no customers are allowed to go to the warehouse. I then demanded my cash back which i was tol that i will not be able to get. I again personally went to the store in alberton city and asked to speak to the manager & asked one of the staff members to ask the manager if i can speak to him and he ingored the request. I then went into the offcie where he was sitting and asked him if this is how he treats his costomers & i was given a cold shoulder. My couches were only attended to after 2 months of buying them. I was made to pay for the scotchguarding which was never done. a lot happened afer.
