Cash Crusaders Franchising
Double standards with franchises

I pawned a laptop at cash crusaders Lenasia with the dead line being the 24th February 2013 and a Tablet at cash crusaders in Everton with the dead line being the 23rd February 2013.
I went to both shops today the 25th February 2013 which was 1 day after the dead line and Evaton branch gave me my tablet after paying. The same grace period I have experienced at the branch in Rosettenville.
The Lenasia branch turned me away and said they do not offer grace period. I spoke to the francise manager for Gauteng and he confirmed that it is the cash crusaders policy not to give grace period and it is the discretion of the shop.
I am disappointed in the Lenasia shop and will encourage anyone to rather travel few kilometres extra and do business with shops that are willing to treat customers with respect and are more customer focussed than the Lenasia profit driven.
