I never asked to open a Truworths credit account, yet I have been sent post with a card encouraging me to open an account. I also receive SMS messages informing me that I am able to use credit in their stores.
I find this very invasive, considering I have never shopped there or given Truworths my personal details such as address or cellphone number. I have tried to call the call centre and was left waiting for ten minutes before being disconnected. No more spam please - this gives me the impression that you are desperate and irresponsible with credit and I am very unlikely to shop in your stores.
