I received an sms that I can increase my credit limit by dialing a number that didn't work, I then decided to go to Ackermans store in randburg there was only 1 phone available that was used, I then offered to call myself with My airtime. I spoke to Nandi explained to her what my query was, she then asked me if I have enough airtime which I didn't make an issue or mentioned on the beginning of the call, I asked her "if u ask if I don't have enough airtime will u call me back "that's where she made me angry, her reply was "no u want assistance so u have to call". I disapprove with such service I am a customer and a loyal one as well she could only answer yes or no unfortunately we unable to make outgoing calls. worse when I confronted her she told me complaining doesn't help we should continue. if nothing is done about this I will pay up my account and close it. Pathetic!
