I keep receiving SPAM on my phone from Truworths with "friendly reminders" to "pay up this weekend"
My account is always paid on time and I find these messages threatening, condescending and completely unnecessary -to the point of insulting.
I don't know who's terrible idea it was to start this pathetic exercise, but I've spoken to others about it and nobody appreciates it.
I want my number taken off your little database with immediate effect. You have no right to spam me when my account is already paid and it's not even past the due date.
This is seriously enough to put me off remaining as an account holder.
